I love shopping at K-mart and Walmart for great clothing buys. They are easy because they are local! I like Walmart's edgy clothing a little better. The Miley Cyrus collection is cute (can't believe I just said that....) and I have a few items from it including black GaGa style leggings, and a skirt and vest. K-mart has some cute witty tees.
